A post workout meal is necessary?! The kind nutritionist lady, (Yes, I call her that to speak life into my ill feelings toward her or anyone in her position of telling me what to do with my body!) ;)... Anyway, she told me that it is important to have a well planned out post exercise "meal". It helps maximize your workout and heal your muscle.. or something.
